At Primal Edge Gym, our approach is what makes us the best gym in the Shipley and Bradford area.
We have the very best plate loaded equipment with over 40+ machines on the first floor alone, along side this we have our dumbell area with 2 sets of every dumbells going up to 70 kgs and Ronnie and Arnie over looking you to give you that inspiration you need to push through your workout!
We also have a large outdoor functional area which consists of sledge push/pull,  boxing bags, speed ball and a full array of strongman equipment including stones,yolk,log and much more.

On the first floor we have life fitness cardio machines including treadmills ,bikes, cross trainers nautilus stair master , assault bikes and ski ergs . Also on the first  floor we have our techno gym pin loaded equipment that counts your reps and makes sure your form is correct, perfect for anyone starting out in the gym or your regular gym goer.
If you prefer to join a class we have a fully equipped studio with over 30+ classes per week  including body pump, yoga, boxing and many more which are all included in your membership.
Primal edge is also a 24 hour gym so no rushing your workouts or trying to get to the gym before we close, we are open 24 hours 7 days a week .

We asked ourselves what is vitally important to our clients, and we arrived at a method that is efficient and effective. It doesn’t matter if you have never worked out before or are just ready to take it to the next level. At Primal edge, we will help you get where you want to go.

•BOOTY CAMP The booty camp is a 35 minute intense class focused on burning body fat whilst toning & shaping the legs & booty! We use resistance bands throughout to create a more intense workout and maximise our results.

Spin classes can improve your overall physical fitness by building strength and cardiovascular endurance. Classes can also help boost your mood and provide you with a healthy, enjoyable activity.

HIIT

•HIIT.  This class covers all types of interval training that involve a period of work followed by a period of rest. The work period can be a set time or number of repetitions. During the active phase, you exert yourself as hard as you can, even to the point of fatigue.

Boxing Session

BOXERCISE 

Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. Most boxercise classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.

Hi my name is Rebecca and i'm the manager at Primal Edge Gym. In my role i deal with the day to day running of the gym, i am also our resident first aider and front of house personal.

Hi I'm Amy and I'm a fully qualified Personal Trainer at Primal Edge Gym. I have been involved in sports and fitness for the past 7 years. I am a former GB athlete with experience in coaching, both in the gym and in varying sports. Going to the gym can be an overwhelming experience for anyone, especially newbies.

My goal as a PT is to help those who are feeling a bit lost gain confidence in the gym and in themselves. I strive to give guidance that will allow you to achieve your goals. As a PT I offer 1-1 gym sessions and personalised training plans based on your goals. I have years of gym experience and see my role as a passion, not a job.

I first had the idea of becoming a personal trainer helping my friend begin his fitness journey, losing 8 stone in 1 year! I found this very inspiring.

Hi, I'm Kieran and I've worked at Primal Edge Gym for nearly 5 years as an apprentice and I am now a fully qualified Personal Trainer. 

 

Whilst I have been at Primal Edge Gym I have trained alongside some of the most experienced body builders & pro strength athletes.
