We also have life fitness cardio machines including treadmills ,bikes, cross trainers nautilus stair master , assault bikes,ski ergs and techno gym pin loaded equipment that counts your reps and makes sure your form is correct, perfect for anyone starting out in the gym or your regular gym goer.
If you prefer to join a class we have a fully equipped studio with over 30+ classes per week including body pump, yoga, boxing and many more which are all included in your membership.
Primal edge is also a 24 hour gym so no rushing your workouts or trying to get to the gym before we close, we are open 24 hours 7 days a week .

•PEACH PROJECT The Peach Project is a 35 minute intense class focused on burning body fat whilst toning & shaping the legs & booty! We use resistance bands throughout to create a more intense workout and maximise our results.
•BODY BLITZ This class is designed to give an all over full body toning and aerobic experience. The class is set to cater for all fitness levels, easier and harder alternatives will be given to every exercise whilst attaining the added motivation that group exercise creates.
•TABATA Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.
Three workouts in one! This class is designed to give you the ultimate total body workout. 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of stretching.
•CROSSFIT A form of high intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level.
SPIN BIKE CLASS
Spin classes can improve your overall physical fitness by building strength and cardiovascular endurance. Classes can also help boost your mood and provide you with a healthy, enjoyable activity.
•HIIT. This class covers all types of interval training that involve a period of work followed by a period of rest. The work period can be a set time or number of repetitions. During the active phase, you exert yourself as hard as you can, even to the point of fatigue.
Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. Most boxercise classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.
LEGS BUMS TUMS
Legs, bums and tums is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels. Our classes generally start with a gentle warm up to get your body moving.
•BODY TONE Exercises involve completing reps using a choice of weights and are designed to help strengthen and tone your muscles. This class varies from week to week to keep it fun. •CIRCUITS Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, similar to High-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
•BODY COMBAT Our Body Combat class is a mixed martial arts, high intensity cardio workout which is an enjoyable, fun class and will burn lots of calories.
Kickboxing is a form of martial arts that involves punches and kicks at four contact points; the two hands and feet. Kickboxing is a good form of cardiovascular exercise and has been shown to improve participants' VO2 max and decrease resting heart rate.
