•PEACH PROJECT The Peach Project is a 35 minute intense class focused on burning body fat whilst toning & shaping the legs & booty! We use resistance bands throughout to create a more intense workout and maximise our results.
•BODY BLITZ This class is designed to give an all over full body toning and aerobic experience. The class is set to cater for all fitness levels, easier and harder alternatives will be given to every exercise whilst attaining the added motivation that group exercise creates.
•TABATA Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.
Three workouts in one! This class is designed to give you the ultimate total body workout. 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength training, and 20 minutes of stretching.
•CROSSFIT A form of high intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level.
SPIN BIKE CLASS
Spin classes can improve your overall physical fitness by building strength and cardiovascular endurance. Classes can also help boost your mood and provide you with a healthy, enjoyable activity.
•HIIT. This class covers all types of interval training that involve a period of work followed by a period of rest. The work period can be a set time or number of repetitions. During the active phase, you exert yourself as hard as you can, even to the point of fatigue.
Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. Most boxercise classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.
LEGS BUMS TUMS
Legs, bums and tums is a full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach, great for those who want to lose weight or even for those who simply want to improve their fitness levels. Our classes generally start with a gentle warm up to get your body moving.
•BODY TONE Exercises involve completing reps using a choice of weights and are designed to help strengthen and tone your muscles. This class varies from week to week to keep it fun. •CIRCUITS Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, similar to High-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
BODY COMBAT (WOMAN ONLY CLASS)
•BODY COMBAT Our Body Combat class is a mixed martial arts, high intensity cardio workout which is an enjoyable, fun class and will burn lots of calories.
Kickboxing is a form of martial arts that involves punches and kicks at four contact points; the two hands and feet. Kickboxing is a good form of cardiovascular exercise and has been shown to improve participants' VO2 max and decrease resting heart rate.

•YOGA Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.

Hi my name is Rebecca and i'm the manager at Primal edge gym. In my role i deal with the day to day running of the gym. I am also our resident first aider and front of house personal.
Hey! My name is Aimee Barber I'm a level 3 qualified personal trainer. Although I am new to this job, I am definitely not new to working out! I have been training now on and off for 4 years. I absolutely LOVE seeing my body change! As women we go through SO many body changes and can often have things that we don’t like about our bodies. I’m here to help you become the best version of YOU. Physically but also mentally. Training not only gives you body confidence but also helps to bring out more confidence within you. And that is the best feeling.
Our sessions will consist of free weight and also machine exercises within the gym. We will add a resistance band into our workouts to increase the intensity and really make you feel the burn! Hi, my name is Nathan and im an Apprentice Personal Trainer. I've been training for 8 years in total and Strongman and strength specific training for 2 years. My aim is to help others reach their goals whether that be overall fitness or strength specific goals. I began my fitness journey with bodyweight exercises and light weights to build a base which I believe to be the most important start to any journey. And only in the past 2 years have I moved into strength sports where I have made consistent progression including gaining 30kg in bodyweight.
Through the years I've been able to train with friends, colleagues, and sport specific athletes such as strongmen and powerlifters who have developed my knowledge in the strength world. This has given me the experience I have today and aim to use to help myself reach my own goals aswell as others and future clients.
I have tried many different training techniques over the years and from these I have been able to find hat works best, I still aim to expand my knowledge and keep experimenting with other techniques to find the ultimate way to get you results. I can train anyone from high level strength to beginners wanting to gain mass or just icrease overall fitness.
